I Was Having A Pain In My Hand, Which Is

I was having a pain in my hand, which is normal due to lack of calcium. But it was not that pain which occurs before the periods. Therefore I took Pain killer. Still the pain came back after few hours and I again taken the pain killer. Some how I manage pain in my hand. Then comes the expected date of my periods. My whole body was paining but I didnt received periods. today its been 3 days delay still I am waiting for my periods. I had pain killer for last 2 to 3 days. Is it because of painkiller my periods got delayed?
