I Was Having Pain In My Opoid Hurt To Touch

I was having pain in my opoid hurt to touch then started having upper chest pain below my shoulder blade more so on the left side and it will ache on the right at times also have a ton of sinus drainage and swollen glands in my neck,at times I'm getting really sleepy,does it sound like I was diagnosed correctly pain will also go to my shoulder and arm all the pain comes and goes
