I Was Having Pain On My Right Side Of My

I was having pain on my right side of my chest on Thursday.... They said it was gas.... Then on Friday and today the pain moved to the center of my chest.... They said gas moves around... If I sit still and don't move I won't feel it... But when I stretch or pull or push I feel it... Do I need to rush to the emergency room
