I Was Having Problems With Food Allergies (lip Swelling And

I was having problems with food allergies (lip swelling and peeling but mostly peeling) which lasted for a couple of years. I saw an allergist who tested me for everything under the sun and sometimes I would show a slight allergy to something and when retested it was negative. That seems to have stopped and my lip hasn't peeled for a year but I seem to have developed chronic eyelid infections. I've had 2 in my left eye and one in my right eye two weeks ago. I woke up yesterday and my right eye was a bit sore under my eye (the bag part) and this morning it was quite swollen. I've been putting hot compresses on it and have antibiotic eye drops that I can use 2x a day. Could this be allergy? The only thing I really showed a positive response with the allergy tests was to grasses but they aren't pollinating now.
