I Was Having Severe Acne And Dark Pigmentation On My

I was having severe acne and dark pigmentation on my face.last four months I'm under treatment.I apply brite,melacare,advan and momerex together by mixing it at night. From last months i m having 'Doxycyline and lactic acid bacillus capsules' Microdox -LBX and 'Proanthocyanidin Tranexamic Acid tablets' Melano -TX. First tablet only at night and the other one two times a day i.e morning and night. Then at evening I apply 'benzoyl peroxide gel IP' pernex AC 2.5% and Nadibact gel together by mixing. Then at day time I apply Photostable and Nadibact gel together. Will my problems cure soon? Will these medicines cause any side effecta that worsen my skin??? Help me doctor
