I Was Having Sex With A Girl, I Had A

I was having sex with a girl, I had a condom but I guess it dried up. I woke up the next day and I noticed raw marks on this inside of my foreskin. I'm assuming it friction burn from the dryness. It's been 3 days and I can't pull the foreskin back due to the raw spots stinging badly. Will it heal? What should I do? How long till it goes away?
