I Was Having Some Pain In My Lower Abdomen Yesterday.

I was having some pain in my lower abdomen yesterday. Thinking I might be constipated I took 1 laxative pill before bed which helped move everything. This morning I was having pain in the lower and upper abdomen so didn't eat until about noon and then the pain increased however I have had several bowel movements throughout the day. Now I am having the most pain on the left side of my abdomen to the point that I can't even touch it and am also running a temp of 99.6. Wondering if I might have a UTI??? No appendix, no ovaries, no gall bladder. Just had a colonoscopy in May and all was good with the exception of diverticulous that was inflamed around it.
