I Was Having Throbbing On The Lower Right Side Of

I was having throbbing on the lower right side of my abdomen. Now I feel a tightness and pressure on the right side of my upper abdomen. As well as right side of my neck suddenly throbbing/pulsating. What could this be? I am having some discomfort now as I type this an its worrying me. I'm very over weight, in my 20s with a bad family history of illnesses.
