I Was Having Very Bad Cough...went For Chest Xray Which

I was having very bad cough...went for chest xray which is normal. Doctor said it to be 1st asthma attack. After taking medicines prescribed by him...cough is better. But i have chest pain which is not subsiding even after taking medicine. My chest seems very heavy. I am frightened ...is there sone heart related issue. Today going to meet a cardiologist. When will the chest pain subside ???
