I Was Hit By A Car On 10/14/2015. I Suffered

I was hit by a car on 10/14/2015. I suffered fractures of my right tibia right shoulder two ribs and I bruised my abdomen severely I was having trouble having a bowel movement and emptying my bladder. After cathidor and enema. It seemed to resolve. At home now and I continue to get lightheaded with nausea and pain sometimes throwing up. This usually happens after dinner but can come at any time night or day. Possible problem ????
