I Was Hit In My Head (temple) By A Metal

I was hit in my head (temple) by a metal bar. I wasn't knocked unconscious but st the time was in a daze. Dizzy, jumbled words and etc. This happened on August 28th, 2015.

Since then I've been experiencing many different things such as but not limited to severe constant migraines, constantly hear this high pitch sound in my left ear, eyes sensitive to light, tingling in my head and face (left side) at times, sometimes it's hard for me to think of a simple word when verbally communicating with someone, I've had to drop out of college because I can't concentrate on the work and I didn't want to fail, certain parts of my body (arms, hands, head, etc) will randomly like go into convulsions or something (it's weird), my personality has changed....it's like a complete flip flop...I use to be very laid back and easy going and now I get irritable around people and quick to snap. Those are the main things I suffer from.
