I Was Hit In The Forehead With An Object Three

I was hit in the forehead with an object three days ago and got eight stiches, above my right eyebrow. I had a concussion and the doc ordered a catscan and then said all was ok and sent me home. I've got headache on and off but now I woke up and my eyes are both swollen. I have purplish black eyes and it traveled under my eyes( bags) are puffy. Could this be internal damage? Should I get an MRI or was the catscan good enough? Please help.
