I Was Hit In The Head With A Thrown Ceramic

I was hit in the head with a thrown ceramic bird. Lots of swelling around temple where it hit. Saw doctor, they advised ice and rest and gave me a gram of Tylenol. One of the symptoms to watch for was upset stomach. Its 5 hours later and my stomachs a little upset and I'm annoyed/agitated. Do you think that's just stress or could it be my head?
