I Was Hit In The Left Eyebrow With A Metal

I was hit in the left eyebrow with a metal object. It bled slightly but with ice quickly stopped. I was surprised to find the next morning I didn't have a black eye. But now three days later I still have radiating pain above my eye and behind my eye. The whole left side of my face is very tender even to my hair falling against it. Should I be worried?
