I Was Hit On Template By A Mans Fist He

I was hit on template by a mans fist he hit me so hard broke his two last fingers.i am getting worse ststems of jerkin all over blurred vision swollen eyes very very sleepy hurting ear drum stiff neck and swollen glands. I have lupus ostoproise and hasimitios thyroid diease. . I am so tired and afraid I won't wake up. My voice is deeper also
