I Was Hit On The Left Side Of My Neck

I was hit on the left side of my neck just at the edge of my jaw when breaking up a fight and now that side of my jaw and neck are quite badly swollen and feel bruised although no bruise is visible. I have no other symptoms. Have taken anti inflamatory and using ice. Is there anything else I should do?
