I Was Hit On The Shin Very Hard By A

I was hit on the shin very hard by a baseball last Thursday night. My shin had a large lump on it the first couple days but no real bruising. A few days have gone bye and the lump has gone down but the area is still very sensitive. This morning I woke up and I have a bruise down around my sock line where I was not hit. Is this something I should be concerned about?
