I Was Holding My Three Month Old And Reaching For

I was holding my three month old and reaching for her paci and she flung herself (mainly her head) back. I managed to keep ahold of her but it scared me and I feel like her head flung back and forward really hard. She cried for a second but she seemed more scared than hurt, was fine after I comforted her. Should I be worried about internal damage though (brain)?
