I Was Hospitalized On 10/4/15 Due To Kidney Infection /

I was hospitalized on 10/4/15 due to kidney infection / dilated right kidney.
Yesterday I couldn't hold my pee, I'm having urge to pee, smell bad, and my left kidney started hurting a day before yesterday.
What do you think this is?
