I Was Hospitalized Recently For Pylenephritis And Have Been Treated

I was hospitalized recently for pylenephritis and have been treated with antibiotics. I also have Crohn's disease. Two weeks after being out of the hospital, I go to the ER for what I thought was a flare up...Found out it was C-diff. I am on Flagyl for C-diff now and have 2 days left of Flagyl. I still feel awful and have excessive bloating.
