I Was In ICU 2 Months Ago With Bilateral Pneumonia,

I was in ICU 2 months ago with bilateral pneumonia, sepsis. respiratory failure. I have since stopped smoking and followed my doctors orders. I am still weak and tire easily. anxiety out of this world, and feel like I am chocking all the time. I know some of it is medications. but everytime I get SOB I almost panic and flash back to the day I was fine one minute and could not breath the next. am i crazy or just still recovering. I have never been sick before this sudden terrifying episode.
