I Was In A Accident About 4+yrs Ago About Three

I was in a accident about 4+yrs ago about three mos later I had a bilateral salpingo hysterectomy after the surgery I lost a bit of weight then my back started to hurt with in weeks my left shoulder hurt deep inside but was also numb the pain stings and burns very achy my hands started going numb I have all these malodies to this day I have a cspine injury 3 bulging disc my Bit D is low always has been even after prescribed meds to raise my back is extremely painful my hands are numb 80% of my day how likely is this my injury or my defienancy I can't get a Dr to Take time to listen my pain is ruining my life
