I was in a bad car accident and slammed my knee there was intense pain immediately and a ton of swelling and bruising. It has been 4 weeks and I still cannot bend my knee fully because of residual swelling(moderate) but it burns a lot and seems to rebruise. The pain and bruising is just below the knee cap
