I Was In A Car Accident Aug 1st. My Face

I was in a car accident Aug 1st. My face hit the air back. My right eye, cheek and chin are bruised and swollen. The bruising is fading nicely, however, I have a squishy lump under my cheekbone and to the left of my nose. My right nostril and above my lip is somewhat numb and tingly. I did have some minor nerve pangs in my front teeth for awhile. When will my lump go down to normal? The lump is slightly larger than a quarter.
