I was in a car accident Thursday night. I was put in a cervical collar due to numbness and weakness in right arm and intense pain in upper right back upon impact. I was cleared of any fractures via ct and mri. Since his happened my neck hurts, more on left than right side and it feels as if my glands are swollen. Is this related? Do I go back to er? Is this normal,? Do I need ultrasound or is this related to mva?
