I Was In A Car Accident About 10 Days Ago

I was in a car accident about 10 days ago and had the air bag under the stearing column deploy on my legs. The bruises on my legs are fading and new ones are forming. On one of my legs I have what feels like knots in parts of them. I didn't go to the Dr after the accident, wanting to know about the knots and what they could be.
