I Was In A Car Accident About 115 Years Ago

I was in a car accident about 115 years ago and since then I have had problems with the back of my neck that seems to have progressively more irritating. If I dance or swing my head I suffer for a few days with a grinding or glass grinding feeling sound in my neck what could this be. Arthritis?
