I Was In A Car Accident About 45 Years Ago

I was in a car accident about 45 years ago and had a broken fibula and it tibia that had to be fixed with metal plates. My leg has started giving me pain lately since I started working in retail and am on my feet for eight hours at a time. Could this be from the leg bone injury.
