I Was In A Car Accident Almost 4 Weeks Ago.

I was in a car accident almost 4 weeks ago. I bruised my leg pretty badly. About a week after a fluid pocket rose where I took the blunt hit. It later popped but now I can see tissue and there is a hole under the new skin where the fluid pocket was. It is still draining a bloody fluid and doesnt seem infected. I do not have any feeling around that area and havent since it happened. Should I be worried or is it a form of a hematoma?
