I Was In A Car Accident In June Of 2013,

I was in a car accident in June of 2013, I was transported to the hospital by ambulance. I was with my daughter who was 11 at the time and my sister and her mother in law. I have no memory of the wreck just waking up in the hospital and they couldn't or wouldn't tell me where my daughter, sister, or her mother in law or even if they were o.k. or not. I saw a counselor for a short type and he diagnosed me with PTSD because I had overwhelming feelings of guilt for not being there for my daughter and to top it off my oldest sister had just passed away in May of 2013 and was still mourning the loss of her!
