I Was In A Car Accident On July 9th I

I was in a car accident on July 9th I got hit on the right side of my body, then On September I was involved in another car accident where someone backed into the car my neck, shoulder, is hurting so bad, went in for ex-rays and it was said I have Disc space narrowing and marginal osteophytes are seen at C5-6, will this heal/ was it due to the accidents.
