I Was In A Car Accident Today, I Have Hsp

I was in a car accident today, I have hsp and have always had problems with my back but tonight I have more pain in my lower back and it goes down through my butt and into my leg and I have pain in my neck. we were hit from behind pretty hard . do you think this is something serious or should I make appointment with my doctor if it doesn't get better.
