I Was In A Car For An Hour To My

I was in a car for an hour to my father's house and an hour back in a car that I believe has an exhaust leak. I stopped like halfway home. I was at my father's house for a few hours. I have a headache,dizziness,am tired,nauseous,scratchy throat and achy. Is that the symptoms of carbon manoxide poisoning? And if so what should I do?
