I Was In A Hight Speed Motor Vehicle Accident In

I was in a hight speed motor vehicle accident in May. I was t-bone on my driver side. CT test and xray showed no broken bone or severe tissue injuries. ER doctor diagnose me with concussion, adult contrusion and high blood pressure. I was sent home.

Almost 6 months later, (yestarday) I went to the ER because of severe back pain and vomiting . After CT scan, ER Doctor said I have a kidney stone. But I have don't see any blood in my pee or no stone have pass and I currently I feel fine. Could the blunt trauma from the MVA caused damage to my kidney?
