I Was In A Passenger Side When I Was In

I was in a passenger side when i was in a car accident. No air bag whatsoever. So i used full force on my right hand holding the dashboard during the accident. Been over a month I've been having pain. Can't do my normal activities anymore. Such as cooking, working n can't get a full grip on anything. The pain comes when I accidentally tried to use my hand with my normal pace. So sensitive n painful.
