I Was In A Pretty Bad Car Accident Sunday About

I was in a pretty bad car accident Sunday about 4:20 pm. Later that night I had diarrhea and I've been having it ever since. Maybe twice a day and I have been cramping. I was wearing a seat belt and have very bad bruising on the bottom of my stomach. I am a female and have not been to the hospital. I was in the passenger side. Should I be worried and seek medical attention?
