I Was In A Serious Auto Accident Last Nov. I

I was in a serious auto accident last Nov. I had a huge bruise on my left hip and outside thigh where I hit the console as we rolled one and a half times. Now I have a lump of fat on my left hip. I do not have this on my right hip. Was this caused by the accident?
