I Was In A Tornado 2 Years Ago. I Have

I was in a tornado 2 years ago. I have a bulge disc in my neck that is very painful and the pain is in my left shoulder and runs down my left arm. I also have a bulge disc in my lower back that hurts very bad. The pain runs down my leg to my foot. My lower back has started to go numb. I get lower abdominal pain also. I've been on a lot of pain pills and mussle relaxers for the last 2 years. Any advise to feel better? Thanks
