I Was In An MV Accident Almost 3 Years Ago

I was in an MV accident almost 3 years ago and my nose was broken along with a severe laceration across my nose tore out my left tear duct and across my forehead brain was exposed but ever since they sealed it up and it has healed I have a knot above my left eyebrow that will not go away and is very sensitive and painful what could it be?
