I was in an automobile accident 3 days ago. was stopped at a red light and was hit really hard in the rear of the car. I have not had a bowel movement since then.. is it possible it is from the accident. they did a cat scan and a chest x-ray but said nothing was broken but my ribs are still hurting really bad on the right side.. and my back his hurting really bad right in the middle..cant bend over and coughing is excrutiating and when I stand or go to sit down
