I Was In An Automobile Accident On Thursday, 4/23 And

I was in an automobile accident on Thursday, 4/23 and I received a subconjunctual hemorrhage in my left eye from the upper side air-bag deploying. My eye is all red, but not too irritated now (have been using ointment) now for 3 days. Is it ok to go to the gym, ride a stationary bike, and take a steam bath?
