I Was In Car Accident 8months Ago With Concussion And

I was in car accident 8months ago with concussion and herniation on #2 cervical disk. I continue to have weakness & balance problem with incontinence. An MRI was done with result of mild atrophy and hypopkastic left transverse sinus to be in anatomic variation. Is this what is causing my problems?
