I Was In Hospital Last Week, The Dr Thought I

I was in hospital last week, the dr thought I had chf. They ran all sorts of tests. I do have a pacemaker for sick sinus syndrome and have A Fib. I am on medications. Anyway they suspect pulmonary problems. I will see my pcp tomorrow but my shortness of breath is pretty bad today, making me feel dizzy, light headed and generally very fatigued. Is there anything I can do till tomorrow to make me more comfortable?
