I Was In Hospital On December 2 For Two Days

I was in hospital on December 2 for two days for enflamed pancreases every test on kidney liver bladder all good no stones or anything they decided this was thought to be a medicine problem like my blood pressure med caused this they changed it OK but now I'm feeling pain on my lower waist or back down to my leg hurts same side my right when I even cough pain makes it hurt im afraid this has reoccurring problem should I go back to emergency room
