I Was In Jail For About 15hrs On Thursday June

I was in jail for about 15hrs on Thursday june 11th. I was in medical ward for about 2 hrs where I accidentally stepped in blood barefoot. I didn't notice it till I felt it. I have several cuts on my foot. I told the officers and begged for soap to clean my foot but was ignored. It is now the 15th and I am so exhausted I can hardly keep my eyes open while driving. I fell asleep at 8 pm last night and didn't wake up till noon today and I still want to sleep. My eyes are heavy and my body aches when I try to get up and clean. My arms and legs are especially tired and sore. I had really bad abdominal pain yesterday but it's gone now. I also have noticed a change in my vision the last few days. I have never been this tired. I do have depression. So I guess my question is could I have contracted something in prison from the blood or somewhere else? And would it show up this early? Or could it just be an increase in depression from the situation? Or maybe just I'm getting sick? Thanks.
