I Was In Mva 3months Ago.broke Several Bones In Neck

I was in mva 3months ago.broke several bones in neck and spine broke rt clavicle seavearal ribs and collaspsed rt lung. Been in neck brace for 3months.. I'm having excruciating head aches. Feels like my head is gonna blow its top. Also can hear my hearf rafe in my ear. Sickly
