I Was In The Emergency Room This Morning For Cramping.

I was in the emergency room this morning for cramping. I have ovarian cysts on both sides my right was hurting bad. They gave me medicine and sent me home. They detected I'm very early on pregnant. I was about to get a shower when I just gushed blood and cramping harder. My hospital doesn't have a ob, and it's Saturday I'm worried somethings wrong.
