I Was In The Er With My Husband Yesturday. I

I was in the er with my husband yesturday. I had to have a bowel movement. So i went to the bathroom. Well, someone knocked on the door saying they had to throw up. So, i pushed and got a bad hemorrhoid. Its very painful. Ive been putting preporation h on. Starting a couple hours later I noticed a clear vaginal discharge. Its alot. I was wondering if they have anything in common. Also I feel very heavy inside. I do have pcos as well so not sure if its just a coincedence
