I Was In The High Heat And Humidity For Two

I was in the high heat and humidity for two days. Now I am extremely tired. I am mixing up spelling of words like for not I spell it nto. I am trying to say one word and end up saying another. It was really bad on Monday it seems to be getting a little better could this just be from the heat over the weekend?
