I Was In The Hospital For 35 Days, I Was

I was in the hospital for 35 days, I was given morphine injections for 3 weeks, my memory of the events of that 3 weeks is also none existent. Since I have been home my memory is terrible I can't remember simple things or long standing things. Recipes, close members or my families phone numbers, the name of the store my daughter has worked for three years.
Thank you,
Carol, 67 yrs. old, retired professional.
